Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They outline your rights and responsibilities as a customer and ours as your service provider.
1. Electronic Communication
By submitting a contact form, you agree to receive electronic communication via text or phone for details related to your account.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the short code. After you send "STOP," you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages.
To rejoin, simply sign up again.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance or email us at wagnbagservice@gmail.com.
2. Scheduling
Wag n' Bag designates service days, not specific appointment times.
We reserve the right to cancel service at any point due to any circumstance.
Service days may be changed when necessary.
Customers will be notified of any cancellations, schedule changes, or missed days.
3. Holiday Scheduling
We scoop through most major holidays.
If your service day falls on a holiday we observe, we will reschedule for the route before or after.
We do not scoop on: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
Optional holiday cleanups may be requested for an additional fee (based on availability).
4. Rescheduling
If we miss a scheduled day due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances, we will clean on your next service day and remove all accumulated waste at no extra charge.
5. Access Issues
Wag n' Bag cannot service yards if hazards are present (loose aggressive pets, unsafe conditions, etc.).
If we arrive and cannot access the yard, a $5 access fee will be charged and applied to your next invoice.
We will attempt to resolve access issues, but may cancel service and refund unused visits if issues remain unresolved.
6. Your Information
Wag n' Bag will never sell or share your personal information with third-party advertisers. Your data remains private.
7. Your Pets
We love your pets, but aggressive animals must be secured during service.
We keep gates locked, shoes covered, and tools sanitized to protect your pets.
Because our work is mobile, you acknowledge the small risk of disease transmission between yards. Wag n' Bag is not responsible for any illness or loss of pets.
8. Your Yard
We only scoop what we can see. We do not dig under bushes, leaves, or rocks.
Overgrown or cluttered yards may prevent full cleanup.
Quotes are based on yards under 1/4 acre. Larger properties or difficult terrain may require a price adjustment, typically after the first service.
9. Prices
Prices are based on 1/8th of an acre.
Rates may increase at any time with 30 days' notice.
Additional fees may apply if you have more dogs than disclosed or if the yard has not been cleaned as stated.
10. Initial Clean-Up Pricing
Standard Initial Cleanup Fee: Covers 60 minutes of labor at the standard service rate.
Additional Labor: $30 for every 15 minutes over 60 minutes if the cleanup exceeds 60 minutes.
Billing: If extra time is required, a separate invoice will be issued, and you will be updated during the cleanup.
Typical Time: Most yards take 30-60 minutes; heavily soiled yards may take longer.
11. Billing
Invoices are sent on the 1st and due by the 3rd of each month.
Late fee: $25 if not paid by the 7th.
Service cancellation if unpaid by the 14th.
To resume service after cancellation, the previous balance, late fee, and a $40 startup fee are required.
Either party may terminate service in writing at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.
12. Disposal Policy
All pet waste will be bagged and left in your outdoor trash bin for regular pickup.
If the bin is inaccessible, we will place the waste in a location you specify. Please inform us by email at wagnbagservice@gmail.com or through your customer portal.
By initiating service, both parties agree to these terms and responsibilities.
