Pricing is based on yard size and how many dogs you have. Our base rate covers yards up to about 1/8 acre. Yards larger than that, or larger than we expected once we arrive, are quoted at an adjusted rate. We always quote up front, and if a yard turns out to be bigger than described we'll let you know before the next visit.

Nope. Wag n' Bag never uses contracts. Pause, change plans, or cancel any time with a written note. We earn your business one visit at a time.

All billing runs through our CRM, Sweep & Go, using a secure credit or debit card on file. Your card is charged automatically based on your schedule, so there's nothing to remember and no checks to write.

You can always move up to weekly or twice-weekly. We don't recommend dropping below weekly since waste left longer than a week lets bacteria build in the grass. You can also pause for a trip, but only if the dog won't be home, otherwise the yard still needs scooping and we'll charge for the build-up at the next visit.

Your scheduled day is set by your location on our route, so we keep it consistent. That's how we stay reliable for every client on the route, but we'll always send an on-the-way text the day of your visit.

Nope. Most clients leave a gate code or unlock the side gate, and we handle the rest. We always double-check the gate before we leave.

We request that dogs be kept inside while we're scooping. Once we're done, you'll get a completed text and the dogs are free to head back out into a clean yard.

We work in light rain and most weather. For storms or unsafe conditions we'll skip the visit and catch the yard on your next regularly scheduled day. We don't promise a make-up visit on a different day, since every location is on a specific route day.

Yes. Tools and shoes get sanitized with kennel-grade disinfectant between every yard so nothing transfers from one home to the next. The enzymatic deodorizer is pet-safe once dry.

Waste is not hauled away. We bag it up in heavy-duty trash bags and place it in your own trash bin, so it goes out with your regular trash pickup.
